Joystiq spotted (and captured a picture of) the game on Xbox.com categorised as an Arcade title – a listing now removed.
Mind you, Twisted Pixel’s last two games – Comic Jumper and Splosion Man – were both XBLA releases, so perhaps the writing is already on the wall.
