Animus stress how nice that is.
Ubisoft must be feeling festive, because on 14th December it will release a free lump of Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood DLC on both PS3 and Xbox 360.
Dubbed the Animus Project 1.0, the add-on twists the existing Alliance multiplayer mode into Advanced Alliance. This is in addition to the original mode.
Advanced Alliance will be more challenging – something to do with target identification and engagement – and be playable by three teams of two players each.

Sony’s great 3D push has kicked on today with the release of Gran Turismo 5 – the first stereoscopic 3D racing game on the market, apparently, presumably if you don’t count WipEout HD, Ridge Racer 7, et al.
To celebrate, Sony’s doing a deal: buy any Sony 3DTV and get – for free – a PS3, a copy of Gran Turismo 5, a 3D transmitter and two pairs of 3D glasses. That amounts to around £500 of freebies, we’re told.
A Sony Bravia LX903 telly costs £4,499, according to Sony’s website.

Tron: Evolution will gift extra multiplayer maps and skins to anyone who buys the game legitimately, new, from a shop. It’s meant to discourage second-hand sales.
The extra maps – Codestream Nexus and User’s Plaza – will take the game’s multiplayer total to six.

Mechanize addition to the game.
Front Mission Evolved now has its own wave-based co-operative multiplayer mode called Last Stand.
