Kaos’ shooter pushed back a week.
THQ has pushed back the release of forthcoming shooter Homefront by a week.
CEO Brian Farrell broke the news during an investor call earlier today, explaining the Kaos Studios-developed FPS will now launch in the US on 15th March, rather than sharing the 8th with Dragon Age 2. A THQ rep subsequently told Joystiq, “We think we have a great opportunity to dominate retail on this date.”
The game is currently scheduled for an 11th March launch on these shores. We’ll check whether it will see a corresponding bump over here just as soon as THQ’s UK HQ opens for business.
