US boss continues to push.
Capcom has given PC gamers a glimmer of hope that a Windows version of stupendous fighting game Super Street Fighter IV may one day see the light of day.
The company’s US boss said he was “cautiously optimistic” that a PC version of SSFIV may materialise despite the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 versions having launched over eight months ago.
“I think the guys that read [the Capcom-Unity forum thread] ‘Ask Capcom’ frequently know that I am a die-hard, die-hard PC gamer and I’ve continued to push for the existence of a Street Fighter IV PC,” Christian Svensson, VP of strategic planning and business development, said in a streamed question and answer session.
